In an ideal school, the Auxiliary Program Department is built as a portfolio of programs/services that help reach defined strategic priorities. In this session, explore how to develop your school’s optimal auxiliary portfolio. First, we’ll review the different categories of Auxiliary Programs and expected financial rates of returns (ROIs). Then we’ll explore how Auxiliary Departments can be umbrellas for a number of strategic initiatives that build toward ultimate goals. Join us to learn how to assess/build your own unique portfolio of programs! All auxiliary programs are not created equal, but with intentional design, implementation, and budgeting, you can maximize the return on your portfolio investment.
